Saga Dawa Festival

Saga Dawa Fesitval (2024), the most important day of the year in Tibetan Buddhism, celebrating Buddha's birth, enlightenment and attainment of nirvana. It is held in Tarboche, near Mount Kailash, on the full moon of the fourth lunar month.
